Yesterday was the day of Sentosa Idol's Finale! This was my first time to attend it. Of course, karyee entered final wad...lol

In the morning, I went to ginnie's house to fetch her. We laughed when we first saw her because she looked so restless! With two half-opened eyes. xD She must be staying up very late at the previous night. When we reached school, we saw arthur. Then, we saw yuetnam, taoyang, xiangting and karyee! Karyee said she was very nervous. So, we went to block A. Karyee practised her singing and we chatted there.
At around 8.30am, vivian arrived! Omgg! She was wearing a clothe which was in the same colour as mine! But the wordings were different. Even kwokseong thought we were wearing the same clothes. LOL!
Later on, we went to the canteen.Only vivian, xiangting, arthur, kwokseong, vincent and I were there. Actually, we planned to do some banners secretly. But then, karyee came and she found out everything! haha I guess she was surprised! ;D We made two banners. Kwokseong, xiangting, arthur and ginnie made the one with karyee's chinese name on. (It was double-sided! How creative! xD) And another one was made by vivian and I. (The PKY 's one) And guess what.. we were the only ones who made banners! We were supportive, werent we? haha!

Finally, the show started! Clement was one of the MCs. He did a great job!
Karyee was the third contestant to sing. She sang Because You Loved Me (song of Celine Dion)! It was AWEEESOOOMMEEE !!! I couldnt clap and I only could shout for her as I was recording her singing. WOW! Everyone kept shouting when she was singing!! Credit went to arthur and kwokseong..XD!
They even shouted WE LOVE YOU! when karyee had finished singing. so funny!
The other contestants were not bad, either. Tingsing really had a nice voice, but then he was having sore throat on that day! Aww...

After that, they had the second round. Only 3 solos and 3 groups were qualified to enter this round. And, karyee was one of them!! We shouted again! whoa! This time, they were asked to sing a song. (only the chorus part) Karyee sang The Power Of Love. (I guess it was also a Celine-Dion song.) She did it well again! ;)

Next, it was time for the judges to give some comments to the finalists. karyee's comment :
Undeniably, you have a great voice. However, you still have space of improvement.
Wow! The best comment of the day!
Eventually, karyee won the 1st runner-up (2nd place) !! She was so thrilled and so were we! She deserved that! (But we still think that she deserves more! :P) Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS !! Karyee, you are great and awesome! We are so proud of you!! x

Next, karyee, ginnie and I went to 100degree to have our lunch. We used up most of the time to chit-chat! And shared our secrets as well... ;P Vivian couldnt come cause she had to babysit her brother and sister. lol
After all, I was so exhausted. Slept late, woke up early and was so tired of shouting! xDD So, I will definitely sleep early tonight. Cant withstand anymore! School reopens. So, byebye world cup! XPP

Btw, today is the day we must never forget! HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!! Thanks for being so caring and understanding. Rest more, daddy! ♥
